What is 1-on-1 Co-Parenting Coaching?

1-on-1 coaching with one of our co-parenting coaches is a private and personalized coaching experience designed to help parents navigate conflict, reduce emotional reactivity, and learn the tools needed to co-parent more effectively.

Each session focuses on your specific challenges — whether you’re dealing with an abusive or toxic ex, legal disputes, constant communication breakdowns, or just trying to stay grounded while parenting through chaos.

Why Work With Michelle?

Michelle combines her professional expertise and lived experience to bring a uniquely effective and compassionate approach to high-conflict coaching.

She is:

  • A Certified High Conflict Diversion Program™ Coach

  • A Certified Martha Beck Life Coach

  • An attorney and litigator with 20+ years of previous experience*

  • A survivor of a high-conflict co-parenting relationship

  • A domestic violence survivor

Michelle’s dual background as both a coach and attorney* allows her to understand the whole picture  of high-conflict family dynamics. She won’t represent you as an attorney* — but her knowledge of the court system gives her a rare perspective on how to help you move from “winning in court” to “thriving in life.”
